Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how FKV LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use QikSource, a browser extension for Amazon FBA product sourcing (the "Service").

Summary

• QikSource runs locally in your browser. Product data and eligibility results are fetched using your active Amazon Seller Central session and stay on your device.
• We do not operate a backend server that receives your sourcing data.
• We collect only what is needed for license enforcement and integrity: your email, license key, and a device identifier.
• We do not sell your data. Ever.

1. Information We Collect

License information. When you activate QikSource, our license provider (Keyforge) records your email, license key, activation timestamp, and a device fingerprint (a hashed identifier of your browser and OS) to enforce the two-device-per-license limit.

Payment information. Purchases are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives your name, email, and payment card. We do not receive or store card details; we receive transaction metadata (amount, date, plan) to reconcile accounts.

Website analytics. The qiksource.com website does not use analytics cookies or tracking scripts at this time. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.

Integrity signals. If the extension detects tampering with its own files, a diagnostic webhook is sent to our operations endpoint (Pabbly). The payload includes the license key and a tamper reason. This data is used only to investigate piracy or abuse.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• Your Amazon Seller Central credentials. QikSource uses your browser's existing login session and never reads, stores, or transmits your username, password, or session cookies.
• Your sourcing activity. ASIN searches, profit calculations, scan history, and notes stay in your browser's local storage.
• Your browsing history outside of Keepa and supported pages.

3. How We Use Information

• License data — to activate, authenticate, and enforce device limits.
• Payment data — to process purchases, issue receipts, and reconcile subscriptions.
• Integrity signals — to detect and respond to abuse.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or resale.

4. Third-Party Services

QikSource integrates with the following services. Each is governed by its own privacy policy:

• Keepa — source of product data (keepa.com).
• Google Shopping — supplier search (google.com/shopping).
• Seller Central — user-initiated eligibility and data requests (sellercentral.amazon.com).
• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com).
• Keyforge — license management (keyforge.ai).
• Pabbly — integrity webhook processing (pabbly.com).

5. Data Retention

• License records are retained for the life of your license plus seven (7) years for tax and accounting purposes.
• Payment records are retained per Stripe's and our tax retention requirements.
• Integrity logs are retained for up to twelve (12) months.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share);
• Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

California residents: under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the rights listed above. To exercise them, email quincy@qiksource.com with your request. We will respond within 45 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect license and payment data at rest and in transit. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

QikSource is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Users

QikSource is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the U.S.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email.
