Terms of Service

Effective April 17, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QikSource, a browser extension for Amazon FBA product sourcing (the "Service"), provided by FKV LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By installing, activating, or using QikSource, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use QikSource on up to two (2) devices per license key, solely for your personal or internal business use. You may not sublicense, resell, or share your license key. Additional device slots are available by purchasing additional license quantities.

2. Plans and Payment

QikSource is offered in three plans:

• Starter — $19 one-time purchase (perpetual license for Starter features).
• Scout — $9/month or $69/year.
• Pro — $19/month or $139/year.

Subscription plans (Scout and Pro) renew automatically via Stripe until you cancel. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your payment card information.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact quincy@qiksource.com with your purchase details and we will respond within a reasonable time.

4. Your Amazon Account and Compliance

QikSource operates inside your browser and uses your active Amazon Seller Central session to retrieve product and eligibility information. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining a valid Amazon Seller Central account,
• Complying with Amazon's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy,
• All activity conducted through your Amazon account while using QikSource.

We do not store or transmit your Amazon credentials. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or Keepa GmbH.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from QikSource (except as permitted by applicable law),
• Use QikSource for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party agreement,
• Share, redistribute, or modify QikSource or its installation files,
• Circumvent license enforcement, including device limits.

6. Updates

We may update QikSource at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

7. Third-Party Services

QikSource integrates with Keepa, Google Shopping, Seller Central, Stripe, and Keyforge. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third parties.

8. Intellectual Property

QikSource and all associated content, trademarks, and code are the property of FKV LLC. These Terms grant you only the license described in Section 1.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

QikSource is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that QikSource will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained through use will be accurate or complete. Product eligibility, profitability, and restriction signals shown by QikSource are estimates — verify independently before making purchasing decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FKV LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of QikSource. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination you must cease use of QikSource and remove it from your devices. Sections 4, 5, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or extension notification.
